Who this is for
This site is for adults 21 and over. Cannabis is legal for adults 21 and over in Vermont. By using the site you confirm you meet that age requirement.
What we are
An independent directory. We are not a dispensary, not a delivery service, and not affiliated with any listed business. We do not sell cannabis, take orders, process payments, or hold inventory. Every transaction happens between you and a licensed retailer, on their premises or their website, under their terms.
Accuracy, and its limits
We verify listings against the Cannabis Control Board's licensee list and each dispensary's Google Business Profile, and we date every verification. We still cannot guarantee accuracy. Shops move, change hours, close, and rebrand faster than any directory refreshes.
Where we have not verified something, the listing says so rather than guessing. Call ahead before you drive somewhere. If you find something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
Not advice
Nothing here is medical, legal, or financial advice. Strain profiles and guides are general reference. If you are managing a health condition, talk to a clinician. If you need to know what the law requires of you, read the Cannabis Control Board or talk to a lawyer.
Federal law
Cannabis remains illegal under United States federal law regardless of Vermont's rules. Among other consequences, transporting cannabis across a state line is a federal offence. Nothing on this site should be read as encouraging that.
Links to other sites
We link to dispensary websites and menus, some as affiliate links, explained in the affiliate disclosure. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or what they do with your data.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the directory wholesale, republish it as your own, or use it to build a competing dataset. Do not attempt to interfere with the site's operation. Reasonable personal use, and quoting us with a link, are both fine.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information here, including a wasted trip to a shop that turned out to be closed. Verify anything that matters before you act on it.
